150 years of Heineken – KATZ joins in the celebrations

As part of the Heineken 150-year celebration KATZ were delighted to be invited to produce a special set of coasters for an exclusive gift box of only 5,000. In the box there were 5 double side printed coasters and a specially distilled spirit “Spirit of Heineken” made from the leftover alcohol removed during the production of Heineken 0.0, which has a very appropriate ABV of 18.73.

Three “Spirit of Heineken” Cocktails are depicted on the coasters along with the recipes for “Starry Sky”, “Dutch Master” and “Amsterdam Orange”. The home hack on the “Starry Sky” even suggesting cutting the star out of the coaster to use as a template for powdered raspberries to create a perfect star top.

“After working in partnership with Heineken for more than 30 years we were thrilled to be asked to be part of the 150-year celebration by being invited to have our very own coasters included in the “Spirit of Heineken” gift box”, says Garry Hobson, Global Key Account Manager. “Once again we have been able to demonstrate just how versatile our coasters are and how they can be used, the Heineken box is a very good example of this.”
